Entry:
2003 was the first year that the IDSA national conference had an "unlimited derby" competition ...much like the Boy Scouts' Pinewood Derby races, only without any rules (except the limitations required for your car to fit on the track and roll down to the end).

Going for a unique car rather than a speed winner, my entry won the award for "most fun." Each pop can on the bottom of the cart is a lead weight covered with a label, and the dog food bag is also full of weights, to keep the cart from being too top heavy. It definitely provided a few entertaining heats!
